The Foundation was formed in 2005 to serve as the philanthropic arm of the Billings Catholic Schools, to encompass the endowment known as the Billings Area Catholic Education Trust, BACET LLC., and develop and organize special events benefitting the Billings Catholic Schools, like Mayfair and the Annual Giving Campaign. Our fundraising efforts are overseen by a Board of Trustees, managed by the school’s President and the Foundation’s Executive Director. The formation of the BCS Foundation is a tribute to the vision and mission of the original founders of BACET. In 1973, William Roscoe, Ralph Studer, Jack Tenge, Louis Hall, and Agnes O’Leary started the endowment known as BACET. Through the collaborative efforts of the BCS Foundation Trustees and the BCS School Board, consistency and support will be provided to all fundraising activities, events, and projects benefiting the schools and students.

“Over the years the BCS Foundation has contributed nearly $4.5 million to Billings Catholic Schools.”
