Billings Catholic Schools Foundation Scholarships

Please note: Your letter of recommendation must be mailed to P.O. Box 31158 Billings, MT 59107 by March 1, 2025.

You must also submit a FACTS application in order to be eligible for a need-based BCSF 2025-26 scholarship. Your FACTS application may also be reviewed for possible tuition assistance from the school.

If applying only for a merit-based scholarship, please submit only the form above.

The George Friesen Scholarship is available for registered parishioners of St. Patrick’s Co-Cathedral only. Please see Fr. Leo McDowell for additional information.

Billings Area Catholic Education Trust

The Billings Area Catholic Education Trust (BACET) launched in 1973, due to the vision and tenacity of our legacy donors. They were the pioneers – and they were determined to promote and ensure Catholic education in Billings. These individuals laid the groundwork for the launch of the Billings Catholic Schools Foundation in 2005.
